Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with a signature required of US based address and UPS Worldwide expedited for international orders. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

While Starlit is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit, we will assist in locating your package or filing a claim with the carrier.
